Hi-Tec FC-W Outboard Oil 10W40 is a semi-synthetic 10W40 lubricating oil developed to meet the changing needs of and increasing severity of performance required of four stroke outboard engines. Hi-Tec FC-W Outboard Oil 10W40 meets the performance requirements of the NMMA (National Marine Manufacturers Association) FC-W Catalyst Compatible oil standard.
Hi-Tec FC-W Outboard Oil 10W40 maintains peak engine performance and reliability by providing outstanding wear and corrosion protection as well as minimizing deposits and reducing oil consumption, thus extending engine life.
The combination of premium grade synthetic and mineral base oils with specially designed marine grade additives has produced a Four Stroke Outboard Motor Oils which meets the FC-W Catalyst Compatible requirements and also the API SM performance level.
Hi-Tec FC-W Outboard Oil 10W40 satisfies all of the above improved performance requirements. In addition it uses an additive system designed to reduce the tendency of older oils to form gels or to become hazy during storage or at low temperatures.
